Crafting allows players to progress more easily through the game by creating stronger equipment to help them on their journey. This process requires you to gather the basic to rare materials used to craft equipment, reliable healing potions, and empowering elixirs that will benefit you on your journey.
Here are the NPCs that will help you craft the equipment and items you need!
Blacksmith’s Forge
The Blacksmith’s Forge is used to craft equipment for the fierce Berserker and stalwart Crusader.

Enchanter’s Wheel
The Enchanter’s Wheel is used to craft equipment for the Priest and Mage.

Shaping Workbench
The Shaping Workbench is used to craft equipment for the Ranger.

Alchemy Station
The Alchemy Station allows you to craft recovery potions to keep character healthy. Elixirs for a boost in combat, and dyes to customize your character’s gear!

Cooking
Cooking can be done while using the Soul Pyre. You can cook lunch boxes and food that can be shared to your friends in the Soul Pyre.

Where do you get materials for crafting?
Most crafting materials can be acquired by mining and gathering ores, trees and grass that are scattered throughout the world of Lumios. Rare crafting materials can also be found from monster drops and reward boxes.

Where can you purchase common crafting materials?
The General Goods Merchant sells common crafting materials by purchasing them with gold.

Crafting Procedure
To craft an item/equipment, approach and interact with the Crafting NPC by pressing the "A" button. Then, select the item/equipment that you want to craft in the "Crafting List" tab. If you have the required materials, it will be highlighted and marked as "craftable".

You can also do Mass Crafting by pressing the "Y" button. After pressing the "Y" button, a mass crafting menu will appear, and you can choose the amount of items you want to craft. If you want to craft the maximum quantity of item, you can do it by pressing "Y", then holding "A" to start crafting. You can always cancel the mass crafting process by pressing the "B" button.

If you successfully crafted an item, a notification “Crafting Successful” will appear.

Mastery and Reputation
Mastery shows the level of progression of your crafting experience in-game. You can increase your crafting level by earning experience through crafting. The higher your Crafting Level, the better the equipment and items that you can craft.
How do you view your Crafting Level?
To view the Crafting Mastery level, press the “Menu” button on your Xbox controller and go to the "Mastery & Reputation" tab.

Selecting a "Mastery" such as "Forging" will open a menu with all the possible craftable equipment/items within that mastery.

Limited Time Merchant
You may also purchase a "Portable Brazier", a "Portable Alchemy" station, and an "Equipment Artisan" from the "Limited Time Merchant". These can be used to create recovery potions and fortify/upgrade your equipment while exploring the continent of Lumios.

Portable crafting stations last for 5 minutes and only one portable crafting station can be summoned per player. You may summon it even in the middle of combat, such as in dungeon raids in-between rests. Additionally, other Players can also use the portable crafting stations you have summoned.
