A Guild is a group of players consisting of a Guild Master, Officers, Veterans, Members, and Initiates under the same banner. Each Guild is unique and has its own trade or pursuits. It is formed to protect mutual interests, maintain standards, and reach a common goal.
Why do you need a Guild?
Being in a Guild promotes socialization, offers access to perks and bonuses, and grants the opportunity to meet your specific needs. There will be Guilds that may be devoted to a specific activity like PVP or Gathering/Crafting. This brings a variety of choices for the players depending on their priorities and preferences.
Creating a Guild
You can find the Guild Registrar NPC in major cities or camps to proceed with the Guilds’ formation. From the World Map, it is easily recognizable by its icon.

The first Guild Registrar you will encounter can be found in Carzacor around the Plaza.

Speaking with the Guild Registrar will give you the option to create your own Guild.

In order to create a Guild, you must meet all the requirements as displayed

Once you have met all the requirements, you can choose the name for your Guild and pay a fee of 30,000 Gold.
Guild Info
As a Guild Master, you have the authority to change the Guilds’ Emblem, manage applications, delegate officers, veterans, members, and initiates. The authority to modify Guild features varies differently depending on the positions assigned to each member.
On the Guild Info tab, you can see the basic information regarding the Guild like the Emblem, the current Guild Master, the number of members, and the Guild History.

From here, as a Guild Master, you can edit the Guild’s Emblems. Editing Guild Announcements and Information will become available in a future update!
You have three categories to edit your Guild’s Emblem which are the background, emblem, and color.

Choose from the available Emblem Background Settings. Simply press the “A” Button to select the one you desire.

Once you’re done selecting your Emblem’s background, you may simply choose the Emblem you want.

Lastly, like the background and Emblem setting, you may choose your Guild’s Emblem color.

Once you’re done selecting, your emblem should change immediately. However, you must hold down the “A” button for it to be applied. Otherwise, once you go back to the Guild Info window, the changes you have made will not be applied.
Guild Roster
In Guild Roster, you may find the list of the current members of the Guild including their class, name, level, and authority within the guild. You may press the “Y” button to toggle between all guild members, see only offline members, or only those who are online. You can also see each members’ last known location as well as their last login time.
As a guild master, once you have members in the guild, you may choose from a variety of options when you select an individual member as shown below:

The Guild Application tab is where you will see the requests of other players to join your Guild. Once you receive an application, you will see the Class, Name, and Level of the applicant as well as how long the request has been waiting for approval. You may choose to either “Accept” or “Decline” the request.

In the Guild Invitation tab, every member except initiates can invite prospective members to the Guild. Once a player has been invited to the Guild, their Class, Level, Name and the duration of the invitation will be shown.

What are Guild Ranks?
When joining a guild, every member is initially a guild initiate. As a guild master, it is up to you who will be promoted to a different rank since finding the right player for a certain guild rank can be challenging.
Finding the best guild members to fill in the guild ranks are not only who you get along with but also those who can get the job done effectively and efficiently as the roles for each guild ranks are crucial in any guild. There are 4 guild ranks in every guild and that includes the Guild Officer, Guild Veteran, Guild Member, and Guild Initiate.

Each Guild Rank has its corresponding role to the Guild. As a Guild Officer, it is your role to support the Guild Master when it comes to managing the guild. You can assign the other guild members' guild rank or simply remove the player from the guild.

Additionally, you can edit the guild announcement as well as the guild info.

Lastly, you have the power to accept or decline the requests of the players who wish to join the Guild as well as invite other players to be part of the Guild.

The second role for the Guild Rank is the Guild Veteran. As a Guild Veteran, despite the lack of ability from editing the guild announcement and guild info to assigning the guild ranks of other guild members or accepting or declining guild applications, you have the power to invite other players to join the guild.

The other guild ranks are the Guild Member and the Guild Initiate. Although both the Guild Ranks share the same ability wherein, they can only invite the other guild members to the party as well as send a private message through a whisper, it is your job to help the Guild be the most powerful.

How do you join a Guild?
There is no need to talk to an NPC like the Guild Registrar to join a Guild. You can join an already existing Guild immediately after creating your character. To do this, go to the Guild tab by pressing the “View” button and select “Guild Search”.

Once you’ve decided, simply select the Guild you’d like to join in and select “Request”.

After confirming your request, go to the “Guild Applications” tab.

In the “Guild Applications” tab, you will see your request/s that are awaiting approval from the Guild Master.

If you’re not in the mood of applying to any Guild, there’s the “Pending Guild Invitations” tab to view your invitations from the other guilds.

Once you receive an invitation from another Guild, you will see it listed in the “Pending Guild Invitations”. You will be able to observe their Emblem. The Guild’s Name, the name of the Guild Master and how many members they currently have.

Pressing the “A” button on the selected invitation will show a new window wherein you can choose to Accept or Decline the invitation. Once you have decided, the rest is history.

How do you leave a Guild?
Leaving a Guild may vary from different players. If you wish to leave the current Guild you're at, on the Guild Info tab, you may press the "X" button to leave the Guild.
However, leaving a Guild will lead to a Penalty wherein you can't join any Guild for 1 day.

If in case you got kicked out of the Guild, you will receive a penalty wherein you won’t be able to join a Guild for 1 day. Although you can send an application to the Guild that you desire, the Guild Master or the Guild Officers won’t be able to accept the application due to the penalty.

How to Disband a Guild?
If you're a Guild Master and wish to disband the Guild, on the Guild Info tab, you may press the "Y" button to disband the Guild.

However, disbanding the Guild will lead in a Penalty wherein you can't join any Guild for 1 day.
