Please consider the solutions below to see if any of them can address your situation:
Try restarting the application (game)
- Quit Bless Unleashed if the game is still open
- Check if Bless Unleashed is available on your “Home” screen and highlight it
- Press the “Options” button on your controller
- If you get the "Close Application" option, close out the game
- If you do not see a "Close Application" option, then the game is not running
- Once you’ve confirmed the game is closed, relaunch the game
Restart your console
- Hold down on the “PlayStation” button to launch the Quick Menu
- Select “Power”
- Select “Restart PS4”
- Press “X” to confirm
- After restarting, Launch Bless Unleashed again
Uninstall and reinstall Bless Unleashed
- Turn on the PS4 using the “PlayStation” button
- Go to the “Home” Screen
- Navigate to the "Library" selection and press "X"
- Highlight Bless Unleashed
- Press “Options”
- Select Delete and then "Okay" in the following menu.
- Navigate to the PlayStation Network Store on the far left of your home page
- Select "Search" and type "Bless Unleashed"
- Click "Download"
Test your network connection
- Navigate to the PlayStation 4 home page
- Navigate to "Settings" in the second to last tab on the right.
- Go to Network>Test Internet Connection
- An Internet Connection Test will now run. Please give it up to two minutes to finish.
- If you're connected to the internet, you should see three "Successful" messages on the screen.
- If you're having internet connection issues, the second option in the test "Internet Connection" will say "Failed" and you'll receive an error code.
Restore Licenses
- Navigate to the PlayStation 4 home page
- Navigate to "Settings" in the second to last tab on the right.
- Go to "Account Management"
- Select "Restore Licenses" at the bottom of this menu
- Select "Restore"
- After this process is complete, restart your PS4 and re-launch Bless Unleashed.
